Neratec Solutions AG is pleased to announce that Neratec has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijer Group/Westermo.
Westermo has a strong product portfolio in industrial and railway markets and is operating a world-wide sales network in Europe, Americas, Asia and Australia. Neratec will be part of the group as from Q3 2019.
